Share the Care Station

Coming January 2013, the OutReach Share the Care Station in Madison, WI, will serve all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in south central Wisconsin. This program connects you to an individual trained to help you gather your family of choice to share care for you. You maintain control of your care, reducing the stress in your life and that of your primary caregiver.
