Welcome to the OutReach Pride Parade Page!
The day has been set for the Pride Parade in 2015!
OutReach LGBT Community Center is pleased to announce our Pride Parade will be held August 9th, 2015! At noon we will stage in the 500 and 600 blocks of State Street. We will kickoff at 1 pm and march to the Capitol Square. We will then march around the Square and end with a rally on the Capitol steps.
Our coalition partners include Woof's Madison, Parents & Friends of Lesbians & Gays (PFLAG), and Our Lives Magazine.
We are aware that the date of our parade is a conflict with Halsted St. Days in Chicago and the last day of the Michigan Women's Music Festival.
The date we chose was the only Sunday in the summer that the City of Madison had available for a parade. We regret that some members of the community will not be able to join us, but hope to have a great celebration again this year.
We are recruiting for Pride Volunteers before and day of Pride! Go to the Pride Volunteer Link below to fill out our online application! PRIDE PARADE APPLICATION
